I'm so sorry to do not up load my blog spot for a long time。。。

何人かの方が、ブログを見ているのに
更新しないの？と言われます。見てくださる以上
やっぱりちょくちょく書いてゆこうと思います。

もうすっかり、秋ですねいやはや、今年も後２ヶ月あまり・・・

のんびりしてられまへん。

ここで、最近の私の近況ですが
スポーツジムに通い始めております。
特に、ヨガにはまっております。先日は、POWER　YOGAに参加しましたが
３日間、筋肉痛が取れませんでした。

それから、最近は色々な出会いがあります。
その出会いが、果たして　良い出会いか、悪い出会いか！！！！？
楽しみです。

最近は、色々と考える事があります。
永遠のものとはナンだろうか？
私はこれまで、色んな人と出会い、そして別れを経験しました。

人生、一生懸命かけて築き上げた者は一瞬で崩れ去るんだな、と嘆いた事もありました …
けれど、別れもまた一瞬の事と考えれば、人を憎んだり、怒ったり、嫌い成るって事はなんて勿体無い
事なんだろうと、思いました。

人生 片道切符なら、その時を大切に生きたいなと思います。
今日は、友人と食事をしました。
年齢がとても離れているのにもかかわらず、仲良くさせてもらっています。
もっと、人を信用して、自分に自身をもって

　Structure of a Japanese house is made toward summer and it is cool in the summer and should be able to originally spend it.
　However, the Japanese house crowds a lot and there is much asphalt. Even if I am in a condition to stay, and heat is night in this, Iｔ cannot cool

We need a rest for our head to sometimes stop so that temperature does not rise
We get power from nature, and I cool off a heart, …and change it into energy！

We are not taught it by whom！

I think that it is the instinct that a human being originally has…

TOO HOT IN JAPAN！

The Japanese temperature is very high recently.

I become more than 35 degrees every day

Iｔ’ｓ became 39.8 degrees in Kanto region and
became more than 40 degrees today in Gunma...

Ocean calls me!

Now in Japan,that reported a lot of news.
Politics, sumo wrestling, and pension…　and so on


I went to the Osaka castle .

That place is been to my childhood ,Therefore, it was felt freshly.

HEY!

MY DEAR FRIENDS!

HOW ARE YOU DOING TO SPENDING IN YOUR SUMMER TIME?

～It is blown to the wind of the yodelling～

I went to ”Rokkou bokujyou(Ranch)”in Hyogo Prefecture yesterday.

It hung from the station to the mountain for 30 minutes in the bus.


It became a good experience for me though it was a usual ranch.

The reason for I is that the life enclosed by concrete, the car, the building, and the building is done usually.

It was possible to touch soon by a lot of sheep' being pastured in the ranch in the vicinity.

I was able to doing so easy and joyed!

I'm reading two kinds of books now.

It is heidi and treasures of the snow. Both are stories in the Alps area in Switzerland.



Heidi is cheated, and separated from the hometown.
She prays to the god. ,saying that "Please return my hometwon ...for my grandfather".
However, the wish cannot be accepted. She finally becomes sick...
The girl who returned to the hometown remembers dignity and respect compared with the god.

How does this become it if a thing that has a grudge against the person or is cruel is done?The said theme is a written book.

This year passed earliest in my having spent it.


All are a lot of wonderful memories it meets the person, and with the separation with a lot of people.
